THREE SERVICES

Choose the one that fits the problem.

Most businesses start with a single service. You do not need all three, and a first conversation is about fit, not a package.

WORKING TOGETHER

Three services, one connected path.

Think of the website as where an inquiry starts, the automation as how it moves (queue, assignment, reminder), and an agent as optional help drafting a reply for review. The person decides what is sent. Each piece is useful alone.

HOW WE DELIVER

The same three stages for every service.

Whichever service you need, work follows the delivery process Aligents already uses. You can enter at any stage that fits.

  1. Pre-Flight AssessmentStart with a free 20-minute consultation to discuss your goals. The Pre-Flight AI Assessment is also currently free: we agree a focused workflow review and provide a written recommendation. Both are complimentary, with no obligation to purchase. Implementation and ongoing support are scoped separately.
  2. Takeoff ImplementationOne clearly scoped improvement is designed, built and tested against your own scenarios, then documented and handed off to your team.
  3. Flight Deck SupportAn agreed workflow or site is kept in good shape, with reviews, reports against your baseline and support within the agreed scope.

Discovery, requirements, design, architecture, testing and handoff are all part of the build stage. Scope, deliverables, price and responsibilities are agreed with you before work begins, and software and usage costs are identified up front.

NOT SURE WHERE TO START?

Try the free business check first.

The Pre-Flight Business Check is a self-service tool. Your answers stay in your browser unless you choose to share them, and it gives directional opportunities, not a diagnosis. Where your answers support it, the results may mention website intake improvements, workflow automation or an AI assistant as possible next steps. Bring your results to a free 20-minute consultation to discuss your goals, explore fit and choose a practical next step, with no obligation to proceed.

QUESTIONS

Questions about the three services.

Do I need all three services?

No. Many businesses need only one. We recommend more than one only when the problem calls for it, and each service can be scoped separately.

Which service should I start with?

Start with the place where inquiries or work are being lost. That may be an unclear website, a slow handoff between tools, or staff time spent on repeat answers. A free 20-minute consultation can help you choose a sensible first step.

Is AI required?

No. Websites and rules-based automation do not require AI. AI agents are one option, used only where they add value and where a person stays in control.

Which businesses do you work with?

Home service businesses, such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical and pool service, and professional service firms, such as consulting, bookkeeping and recruiting. We are based in Mohave County, Arizona, and work remotely across the United States.

How is pricing decided?

Cost depends on scope, the tools and data involved, the review needed and the support you want afterward. We agree scope, deliverables and price with you in writing before work begins.

Who owns the work?

Ownership of accounts, content and deliverables is agreed before work starts. Each service page describes the usual points to settle.
